Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Account Executive for the Central and Eastern Europe region to drive a global payroll solution and manage a high-velocity sales cycle from discovery to close. You will work closely with the CSM team to ensure a seamless transition to Rippling’s platform for new customers.

Ideal candidates have fluent English, a track record in SaaS B2B sales, and a history of top performance in a fast-paced environment. HRIS/HCM experience is a plus; remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; proficiency in a CEE language is a strong plus.
• 4 years of sales experience in SaaS markets selling B2B.
• Experience of success (top 10% of sales org).
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by prospecting untapped market segments and building a high-velocity pipeline.
• Maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects to forecast revenue.
• Own the sales cycle from discovery and demo to contract signature.
• Consistently attain and overachieve quota each month.
• Become a product expert across the platform and understand the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with CSM to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
