You will forecast pipelines, enable effective quota attainment, and mentor AEs as part of a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role reports to the Director of Sales, Global Payroll and is 3-day hybrid in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in tech sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets as a manager and individual contributor.
• Ability to accurately forecast team performance and provide actionable feedback.

Responsabilités

• Manage, coach, and scale a team of Global Account Executives.
• Build the Global AE playbook and best practices for growth and scale.
• Assist your team throughout strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to Rippling value.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
• Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management.
