Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Implementation Manager (IC) to join its Global Implementation team in Dublin. You will work with customers across segments to implement and drive adoption of Rippling’s global products, delivering a seamless implementation experience.

You’ll become a Rippling expert within 60 days, partner 1x1 with clients, manage timelines and adoption, and collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D to improve processes and products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related HR/payroll roles.
• Proficient in English and German or Dutch; written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management delivering multiple projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with HR, Payroll or Accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Become a Rippling expert and be the go-to resource for customers within 60 days.
• 1x1 partnership with clients to own successful launches of Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementations.
• Drive timelines and adoption by understanding clients' use cases and aligning them to Rippling’s best practices.
• Provide domain expertise to customers and internal Rippling peers.
• Contribute to developing and documenting implementation processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D to improve processes and products.
