Job summary

Rippling is hiring in Dublin for a Solutions Consultant, Global Payroll to help clients understand the value of Rippling's Global HR-Payroll products. You will partner with Account Executives and leadership in supporting evaluation and enablement, while collaborating with Product to advance GTM strategy and enablement.

You will tailor HR & payroll solutions for prospects, deliver demos, craft content, and provide insights to shape product direction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a pre-sales role with HRIS, EOR and Global Payroll experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of payroll processes in multiple countries.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with a bias towards action and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global sales to be a trusted advisor and tailor HR and payroll solutions.
• Understand prospect requirements and convey the business value of Global HCM & Payroll.
• Manage and deliver technical demonstrations addressing objectives.
• Create, maintain, and present technical and value-driven content for sales.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
• Develop understanding of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and compliance across countries.
• Collaborate with SC peers and leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization.
