Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in payroll, finance, or HR operations in a global organization.
• Experience working and collaborating in a cross-functional global environment.
• Ability to think strategically and also act operationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead international payroll projects, including HR initiatives and payroll readiness across new entities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, benefits, accounting, HR, Legal) to analyze issues and define business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, data management, reporting and analytics.
• Ensure business readiness of global payroll operations before deploying changes or system enhancements.
• Communicate priorities and steps for operationalizing the global payroll transformation roadmap.
