Job summary

Deel is seeking a proactive Client Onboarding Manager to migrate customers from acquired entities to the Deel platform and to guide onboarding strategically. You will be the trusted adviser, coordinating stakeholders, reporting progress, and championing Deel products to expand each client’s usage.

In this client-facing role, you’ll manage onboarding timelines, provide guidance during transition, and partner with Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role for a B2B SaaS product.
• Solid understanding of the managed Payroll domain to discuss payroll with customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up project plans with deliverable dates.
• Oversee regular customer status meetings and reporting.
• Direct data migrations from acquired company systems to Deel.
• Manage tasks with dependencies across Deel teams to meet client deadlines.
• Support teammates with escalations and day-to-day questions on processes and Deel products.
• Drive complex projects and implement process/product improvements.
• Onboard customers through orientation, training, and change management.
