Job summary

Deel is seeking a details-driven operator to lead a major client migration program and build scalable tools across the migration team.

You will own tracking migrations, identifying blockers, and reporting to leadership with clear updates. About 30% of time is for special projects using AI to automate reporting and data mapping efforts, while seeking process improvements across compliance and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows and processes.
• Experience with data mapping and reconciliation across systems.
• Proven ability to mentor small to mid-sized teams and drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve speed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline tools and processes.
