Job summary

Deel, the global payroll and HR platform, seeks a seasoned onboarding specialist to set up clients for durable relationships and long-term success. You will guide customers through onboarding, provide strategic operational and product guidance, and advocate for new Deel capabilities to expand client use.

You’ll drive on-time onboarding via stakeholder coordination and act as a trusted advisor within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer onboarding role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others, whether a customer or a colleague.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members.
• High attention to detail with the capability to design organized onboarding plans and schedules for clients.
• Driven, quick-thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous work setting.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor the successful launch of our Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform implementation for Mid-Market clients, ensuring timely completion.
• Product Expertise: Become a Deel expert and a go-to resource for our customers and internal colleagues by deeply understanding our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Communication & Presence: Communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with stakeholders, demonstrating confidence and credibility.
• Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems, providing global payroll expertise to customers and internal Deel peers.
• Team Contribution: Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Experience & R&D to support collective success and document implementation processes.
