Job summary

Deel in Ireland is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist to migrate customers from acquired companies onto the Deel platform. You will project manage onboarding, act as trusted advisor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of Deel products.

You will lead status updates, manage data migrations, and champion process improvements. The role requires strong organizational skills, customer-facing excellence, and a passion for enabling clients

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role for a B2B SaaS product.
• Able to discuss payroll concepts confidently with customer contacts.
• Able to learn and understand systems to support clients and colleagues.
• Comfortable with large data sets and data transformation concepts.
• Strong project management, organization, and proactive thinking.

Responsibilities

• Set up project plans with key deliverables and dates.
• Oversee regular customer status meetings and reporting.
• Direct data migrations from acquired companies to Deel, including QA gates.
• Manage tasks with dependencies across Deel teams to meet deadlines.
• Escalations support and day-to-day guidance on processes and products.
• Lead complex projects and drive onboarding/process improvements.
• Onboard customers by becoming a Deel product expert and guiding change management.
• Develop materials to help clients navigate projects and business changes.
• Troubleshoot client issues and advocate for client success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering.
