Qualifications

• 12+ years in operations management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success building and executing operational strategies in fast-growth, global organizations.
• Strong experience optimizing cross-functional operations across finance, customer success, HR and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Deel’s global operations strategy, aligning with growth and business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, driving efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Establish operational KPIs and ensure alignment across departments; drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee end-to-end processes for finance, customer success, HR and sales operations.
• Manage large-scale projects with timely delivery and resource planning.
• Promote a data-driven culture and leverage AI/tools to improve decision-making and efficiency.
