Job summary

Deel is seeking an HR Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end HR system implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s HR products. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate data transfer, proper configuration, and a seamless transition while delivering ongoing training and support.

You’ll guide clients through onboarding, share best practices, and become an expert user of Deel HR tools, collaborating across onboarding, sales, support, operations,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience.
• Experience managing large HR datasets with accuracy.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong project management skills with migration planning.
• Experience with change management in enterprise settings.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Proficient in HR systems and related tools.
• Passion for empowering customers through training and support.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist new and transitioning clients with migration to Deel’s HR tools, ensuring smooth roll-out.
• Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation.
• Become an expert user of Deel HR tools to provide guidance on features and integrations.
• Guide clients through onboarding journeys using project management methods during sales and deployment.
• Perform data imports to migrate client data from their outgoing HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring accuracy.
• Safeguard sensitive employee information during migration and ensure data protection compliance.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering to optimize the HR onboarding experience.
• Contribute to improvements of Deel HR migration processes and standard operating procedures.
