MateHR is expanding its professional services team in EMEA and seeks a Team Lead to manage onboarding for enterprise customers, blending leadership with client engagement and deployment. You will mentor Onboarding Managers and ensure seamless product adoption.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and Customer Success, shaping implementation processes and driving efficiency. English communication and experience with Jira/Confluence are essential, with availability for US

Qualifications

Experience leading onboarding/implementation teams for SaaS in enterprise settings.
Proven ability to manage enterprise client relationships.
Experience with SaaS implementations and technical configurations.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with JIRA & Confluence.
Willingness to accommodate US time zones.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and mentor Onboarding Managers team.
Guide teams through technical onboarding and escalations.
Oversee day-to-day client interactions and calls.
Develop tailored implementation strategies for enterprise clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to address risks.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Drive process improvements for onboarding framework.
