Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting for PR, marketing or advertising agencies, incl. creative roles.
• Communicate professionally with candidates both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to rapidly understand new roles and nuances.
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently.
• Comfort jumping between diverse roles as company needs shift.
• Creative problem-solving and resourcefulness across hiring stages.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Well-organized with a methodical approach.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring priorities with stakeholders.
