Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for PR, marketing, or advertising agencies including creative professionals.

• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring priorities with stakeholders.
• Process inbound applications to identify talent.
• Engage in outbound search via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct rapid recruiting for urgent roles and locations.
• Hire and contract talent locally and globally for diverse roles.
• Identify potential contractors to bridge gaps until full-time hires.
• Optimize online job listings for visibility and quality.
• Write compelling job descriptions to attract candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with regular follow-ups.
