Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for PR, marketing, or advertising agencies.
• Ability to comprehend new job roles quickly and understand nuances.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring priorities with stakeholders.
• Process inbound applications to identify prospective talent.
• Engage in outbound recruitment to reach candidates.
• Perform quick strike recruiting for urgent roles and locations.
• Hire and contract talent locally and globally.
• Identify contractors to fill in until a full-time hire is found.
• Optimize the performance of online job listings.
• Write compelling job descriptions and other content to attract candidates.
• Create and own a positive candidate experience with regular touchpoints.
• Become an expert in our company, culture, and value proposition.
• Help create and negotiate job offers.
• Track goals, metrics, and performance of recruiting goals.
