Job summary

Presidio in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment across Europe and APAC, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across technical, sales, engineering, consulting and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years' recruitment experience, proven tech recruiting capabilities, hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong stakeholder management in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to recruit in the technology sector.
• Experience recruiting across technical roles and multinational environments.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience using sourcing tools and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Europe and APAC.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and market insights.
