Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Global Labeling Operations Managers and Specialists.
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for labeling programs across regions.
• Own labeling operations activities including shared label management, packaging and artwork strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project execution.
• Track department metrics and devise plans to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure artwork readiness for submissions.
• Set clear team goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Plan resources and manage day-to-day labeling activities.
