Job summary

AbbVie in Ireland seeks an Operations Brand or Program coordinator to align with business goals, supporting Brand Directors with the supply chain interface and serving as a central contact for stakeholders from Commercial, R&D, S&T, Legal, Tax, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing and TPMs.

You will help develop and execute product strategies and brand plans for launches, site transfers, risk and lifecycle management, long-range plans, capacity with TPMs, and cross-functional program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science plus business and product management in Life Science; MBA or higher education desired but not required
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and/or Financial Management
• Proven experience in managing effective teams and fostering collaboration across organizational boundaries
• Proven excellent presentation, oral, written and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage, implement and influence large change management programs

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned Operations Brand Program projects to ensure timely decisions with impact on brand sales, quality of supply and performance.
• Lead negotiations for contracts, extensions and service costs with TPMs.
• Communicate and elevate issues that threaten supply assurance.
• Create viable Brand plan, financial plan, LRP, risk and lifecycle strategies.
• Interface with Commercial to develop Brand/Product forecasts and stay current on internal/external factors impacting brands/products.
