Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Global Labeling Systems Application Manager based in Ireland. This role involves supporting the ongoing operation of the company's global labeling system integrated with the Kallik platform, ensuring compliance and performance across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with regulatory environments, label management, and cross-functional collaboration, facilitating efficient label workflows and documentation. A proficient understanding of EU MDR/IVDR requirements is also essential.

This position may require minimal travel (up to 10%) and offers the chance to work in a dynamic, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in regulated environments like medical devices or pharma.
• Hands-on experience with labeling or artwork management systems.
• Proficient in incident/change management practices (e.g. ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Support global business processes for labeling including updates and approvals.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate issue escalation.
• Participate in internal audits and maintain access control standards.
