Job summary

ECS Resource Group is seeking a Global Account Sales Manager to lead relationships with key hyperscale customers across EMEA, identifying opportunities in large-scale data centre programmes and delivering end-to-end solutions.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to position data centre offerings including cabling, electrical, networking, security, cooling and power, and to drive revenue and account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ sales experience with strategic/hyperscale customers.
• Experience managing strategic accounts or teams.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Strong negotiation and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic Hyperscale accounts across EMEA.
• Build and maintain senior executive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Sell a broad portfolio of Data Centre solutions across cabling, electrical, security, networking, cooling and power.
• Lead complex sales opportunities, negotiations and contract discussions.
• Manage a strong pipeline across projects, renewals and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners to develop value-added solutions.
• Provide strategic leadership on customer opportunities, issue resolution and project delivery.
• Report customer activity, pipeline and progress to senior leadership.
