Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior HR Operations Lead to design and lead a scalable HR operating model for a globally distributed workforce. The role focuses on building scalable people processes, turning workforce data into actionable insights, and shaping experiences across onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.

You will partner with HR business partners and senior leaders, manage external vendors, and drive operational excellence across multiple countries while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Senior HR operations experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience building HR infrastructure in a distributed tech/SaaS context.
• Proven ability to translate talent strategy into operational delivery across multiple countries.
• Strong data-informed decision making and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve the HR operating model and infra.
• Design HR processes across onboarding, performance, development and offboarding.
• Turn workforce data into actionable insights for partners and leaders.
• Lead the annual HR calendar aligning with performance, compensation and development.
• Own HR technology ecosystem and external vendors (payroll, benefits, EOR).
• Support international workforce operations and complex cross-border employment.
• Embed compliance into HR processes without business friction.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align ops with priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify workflows and service delivery.
• Ensure HR systems scale with business growth and international expansion.
