Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior product/program leader to drive geo-expansion initiatives and scale HR technology (Workday) for employees in new countries. The role sits at the intersection of HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and Global Mobility, collaborating across regions to deliver scalable systems and processes.

You'll also support Total Rewards and HR Operations, shaping product roadmaps and program governance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, program management, HRIS/HR technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or a comparable core HR technology platform.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience operating in highly complex, large global organizations across multi-region environments.
• Individual contributor at Sr. Manager level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product and program management for geo-expansion initiatives.
• Partner with Workday and other HR technology teams to configure/integrate systems for new countries.
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and program plans.
• Build and manage cross-functional program plans, timelines, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate between HR/IT and external stakeholders on expansion-related work.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans across stakeholder groups.
• Define success metrics and reporting to track program health and adoption.
• Improve the playbook for launching new countries.
• Support Total Rewards and HR Operations roadmaps and related initiatives.
