Job summary

ENGINEERINGUK is seeking a senior product and program leader to drive geo-expansion initiatives and scale HR technology across new countries. You will work at the intersection of policy, payroll, benefits and compliance, partnering with Workday and related teams.

The role requires strong product and program management fundamentals, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex, global organizations while delivering measurable expansion outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, program management, HRIS/HR technology, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday or a comparable core HR technology platform.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working within highly complex, large global organizations, navigating multi-region environments.
• Independent contributor at Sr. Manager level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product and program management for geo-expansion initiatives from intake to post-launch support.
• Collaborate with Workday and other HR technology teams to configure or integrate systems for new countries.
• Translate requirements into clear product requirements and program plans.
• Build and manage cross-functional program plans, timelines and RAID logs.
• Coordinate between HR/IT and external stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Global Mobility) on expansion work.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans across stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and reporting for expansion health and tech adoption.
• Improve the playbook for launching new countries to accelerate repeatability.
• Support Total Rewards and HR Operations roadmaps with product rigor.
• Assist other HR/IT product or program initiatives as capacity allows.
