Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior product and program leader to drive geo-expansion initiatives and HR technology integration across new countries. You will partner with Workday and related systems to scale payroll, benefits, and compliance while shaping cross‑functional expansion plans.

In addition to geo expansion, you’ll support Total Rewards and HR Operations COEs, deliver metrics, and improve the expansion playbook for faster, repeatable country launches.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, program management, or HR tech.
• Hands-on Workday experience with core HR modules.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end geo-expansion product and program management.
• Collaborate with Workday and HR tech teams to configure or integrate systems.
• Translate business and compliance needs into product requirements and plans.
• Build cross-functional roadmaps, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates.
• Drive risk mitigation and adoption metrics for expansion programs.
