Salesforce seeks an Operations and Project Specialist to support global Hire-to-Retire and Payroll transformation within the Employee Success organization. You’ll drive process excellence, compliance, and improvements while handling complex Leave of Absence, Benefits, and lifecycle policies with care and discretion.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR solutions, train staff, and maintain SOPs, ensuring accurate and empathetic employee experiences across regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources, including leave management & LOA administration.
• Experience with benefits management across EMEA desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support projects across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, including BRDs, UAT, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and deliver operational/employee experience improvements using AI, automation, and data-driven insights.
• Contribute to post-project hypercare and stabilization plans for smooth transitions and adoption.
• Train People Services team on new processes and tools to embed changes.
• Build trusted relationships with operational management and Employee Success partners at all levels.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end SOPs and process maps with cross-functional stakeholders to harmonize global operations.
