Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a seasoned product and program leader to drive geo-expansion initiatives and HR technology workstreams across the globe. You will partner with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Global Mobility, and regional teams to translate expansion needs into scalable technology and process solutions.

This highly cross-functional role requires strong product and program fundamentals, hands-on Workday experience, and the ability to operate independently while aligning senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product/program management or HR tech.
• Hands-on Workday experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing global expansion programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Independent contributor at Sr. Manager level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product and program management for geo-expansion initiatives.
• Partner with Workday and HR tech teams to configure or integrate systems for new countries.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into clear product plans.
• Build cross-functional program plans, timelines, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate between HR/IT and external stakeholders on expansion work.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans across groups.
• Define success metrics and reporting for expansion health.
• Improve the playbook/framework for launching new countries.
• Support the product team for Total Rewards and HR Operations COEs as needed.
