Job summary

Elite Talent Hub is assisting an Irish-owned company in Dublin 11 to fill the role of HR Officer. The position is based at the Dublin head office in Finglas and is a full-time, permanent appointment.

You will own day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with Irish employment law, and support international deployment of skilled teams across projects in Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline; CIPD is an advantage.
• 3–5 years' experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer role.
• At least 2 years' experience at a senior HR level in Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, development and offboarding.
• Provide advice to line managers on HR policy, employment law and best practice.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
• Develop, review and maintain HR policies in line with Irish legislation.
• Coordinate payroll processing and HR administration for timeliness and accuracy.
• Support performance management, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programmes across the business.
• Maintain HR records and produce reports to support management decisions.
