Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HRBP/HRD roles in digital/IT settings, with payroll budgeting, analytics, and project management experience. Russian and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR BP/HRD experience in international digital/IT/product company.
• Experience implementing core employee lifecycle HR processes.
• Operational experience in compensation and benefits and analytics.
• Strong numerical, factual and result-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personnel effectiveness within the business unit to meet strategic goals.
• Manage staffing and probationary periods to meet workforce needs.
• Foster employee engagement and retention across multinational teams.
• Implement and enforce HR processes in line with company policies.
• Measure manager and employee satisfaction with HR services.
