Job summary

PE Global is recruiting for an HR Manager – Shared Services role in Dublin. This 12-month contract is fully remote, focusing on design and delivery of a global HR service model and transition of processes into a shared services centre.

Ideal candidates have MBA-level qualifications, 6–10 years in HR/shared services, and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. Strong governance and change management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 6–10 years in HR consulting/shared services/HR SSC setup roles.
• 2–3 years focused on HR SSC design/implementation.
• Experience managing large cross-border HR transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design HR service delivery model within target operating model and governance structures.
• Drive HRIS/process standardization across geographies and define requirements for HRIS/tools.
• Coordinate GDPR and local data privacy requirements for employee data handling.
• Plan and execute transition of HR processes into the new centre with knowledge transfer and SOP documentation.
• Act as primary contact for HR sponsors, steering committees, and cross-functional teams.
• Own project plans, timelines, risk escalation, and governance.
