Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Director in an international digital, IT, or product company.
• Experience implementing core employee lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, training, succession planning, termination, and performance evaluation.
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, and workforce efficiency with measurable impact.
• Operational knowledge of compensation and benefits, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset translating HR initiatives into organizational outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to evaluating workforce performance.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives against deadlines.
• Persistence, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic international environment.
• Development mindset with continuous improvement and new ideas.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workforce effectiveness by aligning performance with strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Manage workforce planning and staffing to maintain appropriate headcount and probation performance.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and long-term commitment.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, succession, and offboarding.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes with compliant execution.
• Monitor HR metrics: payroll budgets, turnover, engagement, and loyalty for improvements.
• Apply compensation and benefits expertise and workforce analytics for informed decisions.
• Measure manager and employee satisfaction with HR services and implement improvements.
• Partner with leaders to address people-related challenges and support business goals.
• Manage multiple HR initiatives with focus on outcomes, priorities, and deadlines.
