Job summary

Boston Scientific Galway seeks a Senior HR Operations Analyst (Benefits Support) to manage HR service delivery across the EMEA region, coordinating with COEs and vendors to implement new Benefits technology and improve process efficiency.

The role requires a Level 8 degree and experience in SuccessFactors, HRIS reporting, and lean methodologies. You will support testing, training, and ongoing process improvement in a global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Level 8 bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Service delivery experience in business processes with additional third-party management experience.
• Experience managing metrics driven organizations and services.
• Understanding of the Value Improvement philosophy and lean business processes methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a matrix, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with SuccessFactors required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR Operations Analyst support for Benefits, ensuring policy compliance and quality service delivery.
• Lead root-cause analysis and intervention plans for issues.
• Coordinate with COEs and third-party providers to optimize HR processes.
• Support testing of SuccessFactors features and regression testing to minimize business impact.
• Develop and deliver training materials related to Benefits processes and systems.
• Drive vendor governance and service level management with multiple vendors.
