Merit Medical Galway is seeking an HR Manager to guide strategic and operational HR across EMEA. You will drive talent attraction, development, engagement, retention and reward for a fast-paced medical device environment.

Reporting to the VP HR EMEA, you will lead HR services, workforce planning, succession, and learning initiatives while partnering with leaders to transform the employee experience and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline; master’s degree desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring high-quality candidate experience.
• Lead compensation and benefits programmes across EMEA, including benchmarking and cost analysis.
• Design and deliver learning solutions and leadership development pathways.
• Partner with HRBPs to design engagement strategies and drive culture and wellbeing.
