Job summary

Merit Medical Galway is seeking a strategic HR Manager to shape and deliver a high-impact people agenda across EMEA. Reporting to the VP HR EMEA, you will lead Talent Attraction, Development, Engagement, Retention and Reward for our Operations and Commercial teams.

This hands-on HR leader will translate business priorities into scalable people solutions, manage a dedicated HR team in a fast-paced, regulated medical device environment, and partner with leaders to drive performance, change and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; master's preferred.
Minimum 8 years HR experience with 3 years in people management.
Experience operating in fast-paced, regulated or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead Talent Attraction, onboarding, and employer branding in EMEA.
Oversee Total Rewards, salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits.
Develop talent management, learning, succession planning, and internal mobility.
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communications.
