HRM Search Partners is representing a leading global investment firm in Dublin seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead the regional HR Operations function across EMEA. The role reports to the Global Head of HR Operations and collaborates with HR leadership to drive scalable processes, governance and data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will oversee employee lifecycle governance, partner across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT, and bring hands-on leadership to a growing regional team,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR Operations, ownership of employee lifecycle processes, HR systems and data quality.
• Experience developing and implementing HR Operations strategies, frameworks and process improvements.
• Experience supporting HRIS or ERP implementations, or leading HR workstreams within broader transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of HR Operations within Ireland and the UK, with experience supporting regional or international businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop capability and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience developing HR reporting, dashboards and people metrics.
• Experience leveraging technology, automation and AI to improve HR processes and operational effectiveness.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global, matrixed organisation.
• A pragmatic, adaptable and hands-on approach, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations across the EMEA region, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Assess and standardise HR Operations processes to scale.
• Develop and deliver a regional HR Operations roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Lead process improvement and change initiatives from design to implementation.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT and HRIS to enhance systems and data integrity.
• Drive automation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Develop HR reporting, dashboards and people metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Establish governance frameworks and standards to support growth.
• Lead, coach and develop a small HR Operations team.
