Job summary

Globalization Partners Inc. seeks a highly organized Benefits Operations Manager to oversee the operational delivery of our employee benefit programs.

You will streamline our benefits operations, create and update SOPs, and ensure data integrity and accurate billing within our customer-facing platform. You will collaborate with the Product team on benefit changes, support new rollouts, manage enrollments and terminations, and provide excellent support for professionals and customers in a

Responsibilities

• Streamline benefits operations workflows into centralized, scalable processes.
• Define, document, and maintain SOPs for all benefits operations.
• Oversee data management and reconciliation for professionals.
• Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, including manual support when automation fails.
• Handle general inquiries and resolve complex benefits issues for professionals and customers.
• Collaborate with Product on benefit plan changes captured in the customer-facing system.
• Capture updated payroll and billing data in the platform for renewals.
• Support the implementation of new benefit rollouts and communicate changes.
