Job summary

HRM Search Partners has been exclusively retained to appoint a Benefits Lead - EMEA & APAC for a leading international financial services organisation, based in Dublin. You will own the benefits portfolio across EMEA and APAC and lead a small regional team.

We are seeking an experienced benefits professional with multi-jurisdiction experience, strong governance and the ability to translate market insight into practical programmes across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in international or multi-country benefits programs (EMEA/APAC).
• Ownership of benefits programmes from assessment to implementation.
• Strong vendor, broker and commercial management capability.
• Ability to use market intelligence and employee data to inform recommendations.
• Credibility with senior HR and business stakeholders; influence without formal authority.
• Experience leading a small specialist team; close to delivery.
• Resilience and adaptability in a pragmatic, non-hierarchical environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the benefits landscape across EMEA and APAC, developing a detailed understanding of existing programmes and opportunities for enhancement.
• Lead governance, analytics, vendor management and employee experience initiatives across regions.
• Build and develop a small regional benefits team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Guide market assessment, business case development, vendor selection, implementation, testing and launch.
