Qualifications

  • Level 8 bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Service delivery experience in business processes with additional third-party management experience.
  • Experience managing metrics driven organizations and services.
  • Understanding of the Value Improvement philosophy and lean business processes methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a matrix, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR Operations Analyst support for Benefits, ensuring policy compliance and quality service delivery.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and intervention plans for issues.
  • Coordinate with COEs and third-party providers to optimize HR processes.
  • Support testing of SuccessFactors features and regression testing to minimize business impact.
  • Develop and deliver training materials related to Benefits processes and systems.
  • Drive vendor governance and service level management with multiple vendors.

Strive towards the best in class results specific to operational efficiency, client experience & satisfaction and ongoing service level performance. The scope of the work will include acting as the interface between BSC teams (HR Operations, HRBPs, CoEs) and the third-party service provider delivering the related HR Services. This role will have a significant role in the implementation of new Benefits technology across the EMEA region. In addition, the role may be required to provide relevant HR project support as required.ScopeThe HR Operations Analyst acts as the key interface between HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Operations and key third-party providers, both internal and external.ResponsibilitiesProvide HR Operations Analyst support with the following responsibilities as appropriate related to Benefits:Ensure HR Service Delivery Benefits processes are delivered in compliance with corporate policies and procedures or any other federal / country regulation as requirementsPerform regular quality assessments on cases as part of the formal Quality Assessment program. Support Operational governance (KPI’s, metrics)Support issue resolution along with CoEs & HR Operations by leading root-cause analysis and defining intervention plans to address issues systemicallyProvide a continuous improvement focus and support HR CoEs to improve core HR processesCoordinate optimization and updates to Process InstructionsCreates regional practices and processes, in conjunction with the Global Process Lead, to ensure HR Service Deliver Services are delivered in compliance with corporate policies and procedures and legal regulations as requiredSupports operational calls with Vendors and multi-vendor coordination supportResponds to and resolves a variety of escalated issuesEngagement with implementation team of new Benefits technology across the EMEA countries to understand processes being created and implemented in the system for the creation of process instructionsSupport testing requirements related to the SuccessFactors platform by supporting functionality reviews and regression testing to minimize business impact due to disruption (as required)Enable HR teams to effectively manage Business as Usual (BAU) related to Benefits activities following implementation and transition.Support the development and delivery of training and knowledge materials related to Benefits processes, systems, and continuous improvement.Provide acquisition due diligence & integration support through process expertise on specific HR operations related activitiesPartner with CoEs across management levels to build a roadmap of new capabilities to be delivered in future and address requirements with respect to the specific HR business processesIdentifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and process being examined (process improvement/reengineering projects)Participates in special projects as they arise, including compliance reviews, audits, and supporting and state specific requirements.Support development and delivery of appropriate training related to value improvement and SuccessFactorsPerforms other duties as requiredDrive and own vendor governance and best practices including service level managementQualificationsLevel 8 bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceService delivery experience in business processes with additional third-party management experience will be helpfulExperience in managing metrics driven organization and servicesUnderstanding of the Value Improvement philosophy and lean business processes methodologyDemonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with a matrix structureDemonstrated multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work in multi-cultural global environmentExperience with SuccessFactors requiredKnowledge of HRIS reporting and OneConnectIndividual may be required to travel now again (in country workshops / PMO meetings etc.)As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
