ElevenLabs seeks a Global Technical Talent Lead to own hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, Research and Growth worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will guide Talent leaders and align hiring strategy with product roadmaps, building a cohesive global recruiting organization across markets and time zones.

You will translate priorities into hiring plans, define clear success profiles, and drive faster, data-driven hiring using AI-enabled tools and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Led Talent through hypergrowth, delivering hundreds to thousands of hires annually across regions.
• Earns trust of senior leaders and advises on location strategy and market availability.
• Translates product and research priorities into credible hiring forecasts and capacity plans.
• Coaches Talent leaders and builds scalable recruiting programs.
