ElevenLabs is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Talent to build and scale the global Talent organization. You will shape strategy, translate priorities into action, and lead high-visibility initiatives spanning GTM, G&A, and Technical recruiting.

This remote-first role offers ownership across Talent operations, campaigns, and programs, with embedding into teams, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with senior leadership.

• Experience leading global talent teams in hypergrowth
• Proven ability to manage hundreds to thousands of hires annually
• Strong strategic and execution capabilities
• Ability to influence executives and cross-functional partners
