You will collaborate with senior leaders and report to the Director of People and Culture on a Specified Purpose Contract to cover a leave of absence. You will lead a small team of two professionals and drive cross‑border initiatives, advancing inclusive, hybrid working policies.

• Substantial experience in employee experience, engagement, reward, HRIS systems, and organisational culture.
