Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Head of People to empower a fully remote, international team. You will shape a modern HR function, partner with leaders, and design scalable processes across multiple countries.

You will drive talent, culture, and people operations, leveraging AI tools to create efficient, compliant, and engaging employee experiences. The role requires strong HR leadership in a fast-growing startup context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience at HRBP level or equivalent.
• Experience in remote or hybrid international orgs.
• Proven change management and org development success.
• Knowledge of modern HR systems and tech.
• Experience across UK, Europe and North America.
• Familiarity with employer-of-records and cross-border payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy, governance, and People agenda for a distributed org.
• Advise employees, managers and leadership on people matters.
• Design scalable onboarding, performance, rewards, and L&D.
• Drive DEI initiatives and inclusive culture across countries.
• Oversee HR ops, HRIS, recruitment platforms and freelancers.
• Support acquisitions and post-acquisition integration.
