Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, Ireland-based Senior Learning & Development Director, will lead a global learning function within a growing digital finance and technology environment. You will design and implement a comprehensive strategy covering leadership development, onboarding, technical training, and sales enablement.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of professional experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Learning Enablement.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or team management position.
• Proven experience building and scaling company-wide learning, leadership development, and employee onboarding programs.
• Demonstrated expertise designing strategic learning initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Hands-on experience developing technical enablement and/or sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global Learning and Development strategy aligned with business priorities, objectives and values.
• Build and manage learning programs from onboarding to leadership development and advanced technical enablement.
• Design and deliver leadership development initiatives for managers, leaders, and executives.
• Oversee L&D governance including LMS, content library, and learning tech infrastructure.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to create individual development plans and succession planning.
• Establish learning KPIs and measure impact on performance, retention and productivity.
• Own the onboarding experience from offer to 90 days and tailor for engineering, sales, operations and leadership.
• Collaborate on company-wide all-hands events and internal communications to strengthen alignment.
