Jobgether is seeking a high-impact Head of CEO Office & Business Operations based in Ireland. You will work directly with the CEO to drive operational excellence across a growing software engineering business, owning rhythm, priorities, and performance reporting while implementing AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and scale.

You will partner with Finance, HR, and cross-functional leaders across time zones to deliver tangible outcomes, ensuring governance and alignment with long-term growth

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience in a growing org.
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience implementing AI-powered tools to streamline processes.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the operating cadence, OKRs, and executive reporting.
• Translate CEO objectives into actionable plans across teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and decisions for the CEO.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with Finance, HR, and Compliance.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and scalable processes across the org.
• Shape organizational structure and operating model for growth.
