Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Product Owner (Customer Experience) in Ireland to own end-to-end customer journeys across consumer-facing products. You will identify friction, drive analytics-driven improvements, and translate insights into measurable business growth.

Work with developers, analysts and designers to shape priorities and deliver value. You will independently explore analytics with AI tools, develop hypotheses, and manage backlogs to maximize revenue, turnover and net profit.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/PM/PM lead in B2C products.
• Hands-on ownership from idea to execution.
• Experience with AI-powered product analytics.
• Strong product metrics and funnel analytics knowledge.
• Understanding of unit economics and profitability.
• Ability to own and drive business metrics like revenue and profit.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey end-to-end, from registration to long-term interactions.
• Identify friction points and growth opportunities across the funnel.
• Use AI analytics to uncover insights via MCP and BigQuery.
• Translate findings into hypotheses and actionable opportunities.
• Write product briefs and drive initiatives through development and release.
• Prioritize backlog based on user and business value.
• Connect initiatives to measurable business outcomes like revenue and profit.
• Monitor product performance and impact of changes.
• Scale successful experiments across the portfolio.
• Take ownership of challenging problems to drive results.
