Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Director of Marketing based in Ireland to lead the demand generation engine across EMEA and APAC.

You will own strategy, systems, and execution to generate predictable pipeline and sustain revenue growth. As an individual contributor, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, leveraging AI, automation, and predictive analytics to optimize targeting, personalization, and conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Strong experience building reporting frameworks and using data to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across EMEA and APAC.
• Build and manage scalable programs to generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, lead scoring, and campaign execution.
• Apply predictive analytics and intent data to improve conversion and ROI.
• Own the full marketing funnel from acquisition through conversion and pipeline growth.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, webinars, and events.
• Align with Sales and Marketing Operations on ICP, targeting, and lead handoffs.
• Build reporting frameworks translating data into actionable recommendations.
