Partner company in Ireland seeks a Head of Growth to lead the growth engine across performance and product marketing, CRM, and sales development. You will own the strategy, build a scalable operations model, and drive measurable demand and revenue opportunities.

You will manage an experienced team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, CS, and Account Management. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, experimentation, and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Growth/Marketing leadership experience.
• Proven go-to-market strategy and execution.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms and marketing tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing and Sales Development functions with high performance.
• Build a scalable multi-channel growth strategy across paid, organic, CRM, and lead qualification.
• Drive improvements in CAC, ROAS, pipeline, and revenue.
• Align Marketing with Sales, Product, CS, and Account Management.
• Improve lead qualification and handovers to Account Management.
• Refine value proposition and ensure consistency across the customer journey.
• Set KPIs and orchestrate AI/automation to improve efficiency.
• Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate objectives into initiatives.
