This hands-on role blends strategy with execution, spanning keyword research, on-page SEO, paid search, content optimization, and landing page experiments, with success tied to pipeline and revenue rather than traffic alone.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO/SEM experience with campaigns.
• Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization and AI search.
• Experience generating B2B leads and pipeline via digital channels.
• Knowledge of how search drives commercial outcomes (leads, opportunities, revenue).
• Experience in cloud/tech consulting or SaaS environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated growth strategy across SEO, SEM, GEO, and GEM.
• Increase visibility on Google and AI-driven search platforms.
• Identify high-intent opportunities for cloud, AI, data, FinOps, and tech consulting buyers.
• Own keyword research, search-intent analysis, and content/search growth opportunities.
• Execute on-page SEO and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Build and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads).
• Optimize content and landing pages to drive qualified demand.
• Improve visibility across generative AI search experiences.
• Run experiments across messaging, keywords, pages, campaigns, and channels.
• Maintain measurement and attribution from search to leads/opportunities/revenue.
• Monitor performance and adjust based on data and business results.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth priorities and translate insights into actions.
