Job summary

Arbitr Group Ltd is seeking a Growth Marketer (AI-Enabled) to lead autonomous marketing agents and drive pipeline in a full-time role in Ireland. You will own the strategy, sign-off on campaigns, and build a scalable growth playbook from day one.

You’ll design agent workflows, plan demand-gen across web, search, LinkedIn and email, and ensure content and messaging translate into measurable opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in demand generation or growth marketing with demonstrable pipeline impact.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or multi-step AI workflows with clear results.
• Strong editorial instincts and ability to turn data into briefs and campaigns.
• Comfort reading funnel data and turning findings into new prompts and campaigns.
• Sound judgment on AI output quality, privacy and brand alignment.
• Builder mindset with willingness to write the playbook.

Responsibilities

• Design and run agent workflows for market monitoring, account research, lead enrichment, content and reporting.
• Plan and launch demand gen campaigns across web, search, LinkedIn and email; tailor to target accounts.
• Edit and approve content that drives demand: web pages, SEO articles, case studies, emails and social.
• Own the growth repository: brand voice, messaging, ICP and approved claims.
• Run fast, documented test cadence: hypothesis, test, result, decision; scale what works.
• Track campaigns from first touch to opportunity and report weekly on conversions.
