Job summary

Arbitr is seeking a growth marketing lead in Dublin, Ireland. The role will manage AI-driven agent workflows for market research, lead enrichment, and content generation. You will design demand-gen campaigns across channels, edit content, and own the brand language and ICP.

Expect a fast-paced, data-driven environment with weekly pipeline reporting. Initially remote with a move to three days/wk in the Dublin office, you’ll report to the CMO and build campaigns that convert prospects into

Qualifications

• 2+ years in demand generation or growth marketing with measurable pipeline impact.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or multi-step AI workflows with examples.
• Strong editorial instincts to evaluate B2B content quality.
• Ability to read funnel data and extract actionable briefs and prompts.
• Good judgment on AI outputs requiring human check to protect brand and privacy.
• Proactive builder mindset with ability to author playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design and run agent workflows for market monitoring and lead enrichment.
• Plan and launch demand gen campaigns across web, search, LinkedIn and email.
• Edit and approve content driving demand: web pages, SEO, emails, case studies.
• Own the growth repository: brand voice, messaging, ICP, and claims.
• Run fast test cadence: hypothesize, test, decide, scale what works.
• Track campaigns from first touch to opportunity and report weekly.
