Job summary

Web Summit in Dublin is seeking a Delegation Executive to join our Attendee Delegation team. You will focus on development strategies for existing and new attendee groups across global markets.

Identify opportunities with delegations, own the relationship with group tickets, execute a go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams, and help deliver exceptional attendee experiences at Web Summit events. Strong English, with knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, German or French preferred;

Qualifications

• Fluent/clear written and spoken English required.
• Secondary language (Portuguese, Spanish, German or French) preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in building and managing business relationships across markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities with delegations within private and public sectors to attend Web Summit events.
• Own the relationship with group ticket and premium ticket holders.
• Execute a go-to-market strategy for key industries and countries, collaborating with speaker, partnership, startups and investor teams.
• Work within the B2B commercial organization and provide valuable customer insights alongside the marketing leadership.
• Develop marketing collateral and design curated experiences for key audience groups.
• Lead on new business strategy for group ticket sales or retention of general attendees in your market.
